Brahms’s First Piano Quartet is a cornerstone of the chamber music world — bold, dramatic, and famous for its fiery, Hungarian-flavoured finale. We’re pairing it with a real discovery: the piano quartet of Polish composer Zygmunt Noskowski, a work of real charm and craftsmanship that almost never gets performed. A perfect night for anyone who loves Brahms and wants to hear where his influence led.
